The villa is exclusively yours when booking the 5-bedroom, 7-bedroom-, or 8-bedroom accommodations.
Rates are based on two guests per bedroom and do not include 19% taxes.
Up to two additional guests in the media room will be charged an extra $100 per guest (plus tax).
Children are reviewed case-by-case (ideally aged 10+), and babies in cribs are complimentary.
A refundable one-night security deposit is required for all bookings.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, except during holidays.
For Thanksgiving and Easter, a 5-night minimum stay is required.
For Christmas and New Year’s, a minimum 7-night stay is required, and this is available only for the 8-bedroom option.
