Originally built in the late 1980s and reimagined over two years of extensive renovations, the estate features Concrete Conteria Stone, polished concrete floors, Mexican Flagstone, native palm palapas, stone inlays and Mexican tropical hardwood throughout.
A dedicated house manager, gourmet chef, mixologist, professional waiter and daily housekeeping bring the estate to life — three meals served on a relaxed schedule, cocktails crafted at the Panoramic Bar, and a personal shopper and concierge to handle every detail. Las Villas PV sleeps up to 16 guests across 8 bedroom suites — all king beds, with the Mia Terraza Room able to convert to two twins for families. Maximum occupancy is 18 with two additional guests in the media room (extra nightly fee plus tax). The estate can be rented in tiered configurations from 5 to 8 bedrooms, with proportionate access to the two villa structures.
A 5-bedroom booking includes Casa Comos only — the main pool, private gym, Grand Palapa, and primary social areas. 6, 7, and 8 bedroom bookings add Casa Mia, which has its own second saltwater pool and Jacuzzi. All configurations include the same staff and full services; the difference is which spaces and bedrooms are open during your stay.
