Welcome to Las Villas PV

This form helps our team — your house manager, chef, mixologist, concierge, and housekeeping — prepare every detail of your stay before you walk through the door. None of the fields are required, but the more you share, the more personalized your arrival will be. A senior member of our team will follow up within 48 hours of submission to confirm your details and answer any questions. Submitted information is treated as confidential and is shared only with the staff serving your villa.

Transfer note: Las Villas PV is approximately a 25-minute drive from PVR (Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport). We work with vetted local drivers and luxury vehicles; rates depend on group size and luggage. Your concierge will follow up with options.

5-bedroom bookings: Casa Comos only (Forte Penthouse, Pool Suite, Terraza Suite, Terraza Room, Garden Room). 6–8 bedroom bookings also open Casa Mia — its own saltwater pool and Jacuzzi (Mia Horizon, Mia Palmera, Mia Terraza). Fill in only the suites in your reservation; leave the rest blank.

Note: The property is rented with the beds and furnishings available at time of booking. Management is not obligated to provide additional beds beyond what is listed. Sleeping on sofas, lounges, or daybeds is strictly prohibited.

Guest List

Full names of all members of your party — used for staff briefings and any special celebration touches. All guests must be registered for security reasons.

Guests 17–18 (full villa bookings only): The media room — part of the Pool Suite area — can accommodate up to 2 additional guests with Twin XL beds. Semi-private, separated by a barn-style door; shares the Pool Suite bathroom. Subject to approval and extra charges.

Dining & Cuisine

Your private chef will design daily menus with you on arrival. The notes below help us shop ahead and stock the pantry with what you'll love.

Service hours: Breakfast 9–10 AM · Lunch 1–2 PM · Dinner at 7 PM (surcharge after 7 PM, latest 8 PM). Additional hours or extra staff arranged in advance; fees apply.

Food & beverage budget: Plan approximately USD $40–$60 per guest per day (billed separately). A 15% shopping fee applies to groceries (receipts provided). Credit card payments incur a 5% processing fee; pesos and USD accepted.

Laundry: Not included — $20 per load. Guests may not use the laundry area directly.

Gratuities: Appreciated in cash. Recommended minimum USD $30 per guest per day (e.g., 10 guests × 4 nights = $1,200 across all team members).

For the safety and well-being of all guests, guests do not cook in the villa kitchens — all meals prepared exclusively by the culinary team.

Las Villas has three bars including the Panoramic Grand Sala Bar and Grand Palapa Bar. Your mixologist crafts a signature cocktail for the trip on arrival.

Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, milestones — let us know so we can quietly arrange something memorable. Our concierge can coordinate cakes, decorations, mariachi, photographers, florists, and more.

Your concierge can pre-book anything below. The villa is a 10–15 minute drive from the Romantic Zone, Los Muertos, and downtown PV.

Children policy: Children under 10 are welcomed on a case-by-case basis — please confirm with reservations before booking. The Mia Terraza Room can be configured as a nursery. The villa does not stock baby gear — we coordinate with vetted local suppliers; all rentals are at the guest's expense.
